Purple summer

Okay so, want to hear goodnews? Jenn has finally watched Spring Awakening. I know always complain about how much I want to watch it and I did yesterday and I was just so happy! So now that is complete. So here's Jenn's complete review on Spring Awakening. So I wanted to see more out of Wendla in "Mama who bore me" she sang it really straight but she's amazing. The whole musical itself is really funny because the teenagers are so clueless to what's happening. Which is why the boys sing "Bitch of living" referring to their wet dreams. Where they dream about girls and they don't know why they dream of it and they call those dreams nightmares and they pray to God everynight to make it stop. Which I find quite funny. Also, there's homosexuals who kiss. And a whole masturbation scene. And suicide due to Moritz failing and his dad is so ashamed of him so he kills himself. Wendla has sex but doesn't know that how you get babies then her mother sends her to get an abortion although she doesn't know whats happening in the end she dies. So it's sad yet funny at the same time. And I gave this musical a standing o! It was so good I'm watching it again this week because I loved it! (Student Rush tickets are amazing, I'm doing that from now on!)
So I watched Spring Awakening yesterday. Today I watched The Passion Play about Jesus. Another tragic story and it's the story of Jesus and basically the easter story. This play definetly makes you cry for sure. Everyone was crying in the room, and it was so sad. Everything was good the orchestra, the singers, the acting, the set, they even have fire works, and fire! It was amazing. And the best part? It's free. The last show is on Sunday. But they have a show tomorrow at 2 and 7. And the last show on Sunday at 7. And it's at Queensway Cathedral. It's downtown but trust me it's a good show go and watch it! You won't be dissapointed.

Btw, I was on the phone lastnight till 4 in the morning. I haven't done that since summer time. It was good. And my cousin from Conneticut came back today and we went out and ate. And then since you know filipino aunts just give you money randomly my aunt gave me $20 and we bought bubble tea. Don't you love things that are free? I sure do.
